This fiber cleaver is designed for cleaving either 900 µm buffered or 250 µm coated fiber. Its straightforward three-step operation makes it ideal for mechanical splicing and rapid field termination of fiber connectors.
- Leaf spring scale is ruled to allow accurate and precise cleave lengths from 2 to 20 mm (0.079” to 0.79”)
- Ultra-strong carbide blade will last up to 6,000 cleaves before needing to be replaced
- Handles both single and multi-mode fibers with 125 µm cladding
