The ELK-SWB14P is a universal plastic enclosure that offers distinct advantages over metal enclosures. Unlike metal enclosures, the ELK-SWB14P does not disrupt RF signals, making it an ideal choice for E27 control installations that incorporate a WiFi adapter, wireless receiver, and/or Z-Wave module. This enclosure is specifically designed for surface mounting.
Its versatility extends to housing a security control and related peripherals or accommodating telephone, CATV, and network structured wiring components. With a flexible hole pattern and mounting accessories, you can mix and match components from various manufacturers. Key features of this enclosure include slot knockouts at the back for easy wire routing, knockouts available for 1/2″, 3/4″, and 1-1/4″ conduit sizes, as well as a knockout for standard AC power J boxes.
