The ELK-P212S is a Monitored Remote Power Supply and Battery Charger, offering a 12 VDC output capable of delivering up to 2 Amps of total current. It actively monitors both the AC Power Input and the rechargeable Battery, with the ability to communicate any irregularities to an ELKM1 Control through the RS485 four (4) wire data bus. This unit also provides relay outputs for AC and Low Battery conditions, allowing for independent operation in conjunction with other Control systems (such as Security, Access, CCTV products, etc.). The power supplied by the P212S can be utilized to expand the capacity of a control system or to remotely power various devices like motion detectors, keypads, zone expanders, sirens, annunciators, and more.
