The STI SpecSeal® 4″ FireStop Ready® Split-Sleeve is a complete firestop pathway solution designed to seal cable penetrations through fire-rated walls and floors while allowing installation around existing cables. This split-sleeve system provides a fast, code-compliant way to maintain fire-rated barriers in data centers, telecommunications rooms, and structured cabling environments.

The sleeve features a two-piece split design that easily assembles around previously installed cable bundles, eliminating the need to disconnect or reroute cables during installation. Once installed, the sleeve and escutcheon plates securely fasten to the wall or floor, forming a durable pathway for cables while helping block the passage of fire, smoke, and hot gases.

Each kit includes preformed steel sleeve halves, two-piece escutcheon plates with intumescent gaskets, and SpecSeal® firestop putty for sealing the cable openings. The intumescent materials expand when exposed to heat, helping maintain the integrity of fire-rated assemblies during a fire event.
