It is made of burgundy nylon material that has a low smoke generation, low heat release, and high mechanical strength. It can withstand working temperatures from -40° F to 185° F and has an UL material flame rating of 94 V-2. It has a tensile strength of 50 pounds and a low insertion force. It can lock at any point on the cable tie and has a stainless-steel metal tooth locking mechanism.
