The FiberLert™ detects near-infrared optical signals across wavelengths from 850 nm to 1625 nm, supporting both singlemode and multimode fiber environments. When an active optical signal is detected, the tool immediately provides visual and audible alerts through a continuous red glow and optional beeping tone, allowing technicians to quickly determine if a fiber link or transceiver is live.
